Uche Ajaegbu-bright

Uche Bright is a business executive, author, worship minister, speaker, and philanthropist whose life and work are dedicated to inspiring people to live with purpose, excellence, and alignment with God.

She serves as the Executive Director of Bucch Energy Limited, a leading player in Nigeria’s downstream oil and gas industry, where she provides strategic leadership in business development, operations, and organisational growth.

Uche holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Lagos Business School, equipping her with the strategic insight to bridge business excellence with purposeful leadership.

Driven by her passion for service, she founded the Uche Care Foundation, a nonprofit organisation committed to restoring dignity and hope to the elderly through healthcare support, welfare initiatives, and community outreach.

She is the author of A Woman Aligned: A Journey of Clarity, Purpose and Partnership, a transformational book that encourages women to embrace God’s design, discover their purpose, and lead intentional lives at home, in business, and in society.

As a worship minister, Uche is the convener of Echoes of Worship, an annual worship gathering that brings people together for deep encounters with God through heartfelt worship. Her ministry is marked by authenticity, intimacy with God, and a passion to see lives transformed through His presence.

A sought-after speaker, she ministers and speaks at conferences, leadership forums, corporate events, churches, and women’s gatherings on topics including leadership, entrepreneurship, faith, purpose, worship, marriage, and personal development.
